Inspiring Excellence: Alumni Honours KS3 Students with Annual Awards

We were delighted to welcome back one of our alumni and Head of Marketing at Huddersfield Town FC Jonathan Wilkinson, to present our KS3 students with their annual awards for outstanding achievement, approach to learning, contribution to school life, and sport. His presence added a special touch to this celebratory occasion and his words left a lasting impact on our students.

In a motivating speech, he shared his journey from sitting in the same classrooms as our students to working with major brands. He emphasised that it’s never too early to pursue your passion and begin making progress towards your goals. His pride in his roots and his experience at Brooksbank School shone through as he spoke about how the school provided him with the fundamental skills to succeed.

Adding to the excitement, he brought along a special guest—Terry the Terrier, Huddersfield’s beloved mascot, who cheered our students on and added an extra layer of fun to the event.

We are incredibly proud of our KS3 students for their remarkable achievements and grateful to our alumni for inspiring the next generation with his story of success and dedication.
