I was always sporty and grabbed the chance to join Siddal, then I moved to Bradford Thunderbirds and then to Bradford Bulls.

I had ten years of considerable success at Bradford winning the League Title twice and the Challenge Cup once.

I was first selected for the England National team in 2009, and played in the 2013, 2017 and 2021 World Cup.

I am a Wellbeing Therapist and currently studying for a Level 4 Counselling qualification. I am also an Assistant Coach at the Women’s Halifax Panthers.

When the NRL named its women's team of the decade in 2020, Amy was the only English player to feature in the team.

Amy’s message is

“Take every opportunity that comes your way and try be the best version of you”

During difficult times, it's important to remember that these experiences are shaping you into a stronger and more confident individual.
